Prohibited activities on Biak Live Marketplace include:
Posting topics meant for social media.
Posting ads in incorrect or misleading categories, or with misleading information.
Posting as a Private Seller when you are a Business, Dealer, or Professional.
Profiting off natural disasters, health/public safety concerns, or tragic events.
Selling items illegal to own, buy, or sell in your area. Users must be at least 16 years old to post.
Selling items on the prohibited items and services list.
Posting duplicate ads in multiple categories.
Posting ads using multiple email addresses.
Using unrelated keywords in ads.
Posting ads in languages other than English and French.
Posting ads with adult, mature, or erotic content.
Posting defamatory or "hate speech" content.
Posting opinions or notices. Younger users must have an adult post ads for them.
Ads that do not comply may be removed, and users may be blocked. Biak may remove any ad that interferes with the community or its spirit. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when listing, buying, or selling.
The Biak Live Marketplace prohibits the following activities:
Posting social media content.
Posting misleading ads or ads in incorrect categories.
Violating Biak's Pet Posting Policies.
Violating Biak's Equality in Housing policy.
Posting as a private seller when you are a business, dealer, or professional.
Profiting off disasters, health concerns, or tragic events.
Selling illegal items (users must be 16 or older to post).
Selling prohibited items.
Posting duplicate ads.
Posting ads using multiple email addresses.
Violating Biak's Jobs Code of Conduct.
Using unrelated keywords in ads.
Posting ads in languages other than English and French.
Posting adult or erotic content.
Posting defamatory or hate speech.
Posting opinions or notices (younger users must have an adult post for them).
Non-compliant ads may be removed, and users may be blocked. Biak may remove any ad that disrupts the community. Users are responsible for following all applicable laws.
